The actual support services we provide include:

  • Directly from within the admin area of your website you will be linked to our professional searchable FAQ tutorials that will explain (using the aid of screenshots) in a 1-2-3 easy to follow non-techincal language how to use each individual section of your CMS website.
  • If you are unable to find the answer within our tutorials then at the top right of the tutorial system is a link to contact technical support, just click on the link and complete the form. As you start to type in the details of your problem our system automatically searches through all the tutorials that match your issue and lists them for you to view. If one of the listed tutorials does in fact answer your question then this has just saved yourself and ourselves time.
  • If the tutorial system does not find any matches and you submit your issue to technical support you will auotmatically receive unique login details to our support ticket system where the details of your issue will be logged. From here you will be able to view the ststus of your issue as well as search through any old support tickets that you have submitted.
  • If you are having a problem with the above system then as a backup method we will provide you with an 0845 number (local call rate) so you are able to speak to someone about any issues that you are having.
  • You will also be able to speak directly with the man at the top, Mark Preston the owner of Silent Web Solutions to discuss possible ways to help your business move forward. Mark offers business advice and mentoring services on a professional level to business owners up and down the Country and has even helped one business increase their turnover from £150K to £750K per year so he knows exactly what he is talking about.

You can access support during the following hours:

  • Telephone support - 8:30am to 5pm. Monday to Friday.
  • Searchable FAQ tutorials - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Technical support (via our support ticket system) - 8:00am to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 12 noon, Saturday and Sunday.
  • During out of hours, if you have a major issue that is so important that it cannot possibly wait until our technical support staff commence work again then you are also provided with a direct out of hours number you can call to have your issue sorted.
