The price of our rent a website service is set at £1.97 per day. No matter if for whatever reason our prices change in the future your rental price will always be capped at your purchase price of £1.97 per day. As stated previously you are in complete control over when you pay your rental payment and for how long you want to pay for.

To confirm your order a one off setup fee of only £197 is required but you will receive all of the below:

We will provide you with a professional custom unique design to match your individual requirements ensuring that you receive a design that is fully unique to your own business.
Domain name registration - As long as you keep paying your rental fee then we will keep renewing your domain. You yourself will be the full owner of your own domain and it will be registered in your own name.
Fully managed business web hosting account - We take all the worry out of managing your hosting account as we offer a fully managed hosting service where we take care of everything for you. If you need anything setting up then just let us know and we shall sort it out. This ensures that you never change or delete something that will have a negative effect upon both your website and your business.
Unlimited email accounts - If you need to setup different email accounts for different people within your business then just let us know and we will set these up for you. You will have complete access to each of your web mail accounts or if you prefer we can provide you with complete details to enable you to setup your emails directly on your PC through Outlook Express or any other piece of software you use.
We will professionally integrate your unique design into our CMS Website Software, upload and fully test your individual website before allowing it to go live.
We will create the first five pages of your website adding any images and information that you require ensuring that these pages look professional.
We will fully optimise the first five pages of your CMS website for the search engines ensuring that it complies to all the search engines requirements.
During the design process you have the ability to request up to five lists of changes to ensure you receive a website that matches your design requirements exactly.
Upon complete acceptance of your website we will go live and get your website listed within all the major search engines.
Complete support will be provided via tutorials, ticket system and telephone.
When your website has gone live the owner of Silent Web Solutions (Mark Preston) will arrange a telephone meeting with yourself where he can discuss a marketing strategy that is personal and bespoke to your own individual business. We do not just provide everyone with the same marketing material to read through. As long as you are paying your rental fee then we will help you in any possible way that we can.

We estimate that your website will take about two weeks from the moment you confirm your order to the moment it goes live. This is as long as you provide and images, information and feedback in a timely manner.
