So, what is included within our CMS Website?

The following features are included as standard to all CMS Websites. If you require functionality that is not listed below then contact us to request a price.

Backup / Restore Module
We recommend that before you make any changes at all to your website you take a backup. It takes one single click to backup your site. If you make any mistakes or mess your website up you do not have to pay us to fix it but instead just restore your website with one click and everything will be back to normal.
- One click backup of your website.
- One click to restore your website.
- Download your backup files.
- Upload your backup files from your PC as a second option to restore your website. Use this if you have deleted all your backups listed within your admin area.
- All backups are stored and listed in date and time format so you can restore your website to any point in time that you processed a backup.

Accounts Module
- Add, delete and edit an unlimited amount of admin users.
- Set the admin permissions. This is a great feature that lets you set what parts of the admin area you would like each admin user to access. ie.. if you only want an administrator to access the enquiries then all they will see when they login is the Contact Manager button.
- Disable / suspend an admin user. If a member of staff is on holiday then you may want to disable there access so they are not allowed to login or you may only want your staff members to have access during working hours. With this feature it means you do not have to keep deleting and adding their account but instead just click a button.

Page Manager Module
- Add, delete and edit an unlimited amount of pages.
- Set the category / linking structure.
- Set where on the page you would like the page link to appear. Top, bottom, side or maybe all. You can also set it so the link does not appear anywhere on the page but the page is still live. This is a great feature if you want to create a hidden page.
- Set the link title and the URL address.
- Disable the status of the page.
- Move the order in which each link appears. You might want one page link to appear above another, no problem.

Content Manager Module
- This is the section where you actually edit the content that appears on each page.
- Set the page heading that appears at the top of the page.
- Set the title of the page. This is the title that appears within the search engines.
- Add meta tags. There are no limits on the amount of meta tags that you add.
- Add footer content for each page so you can have something different displayed at the bottom of your website on each page.
- The actual editor that is built into the admin area is very easy to used and a full tutorial is provided within the support tutorial area.

Side Boxes Manager Module
The side boxes are the areas located at the side of your website.
- Add delete and edit an unlimited amount of sideboxes.
- Disable the status of each side box so it does not appear on the page.
- Move each side box up or down the page so you can set which order they display in.
- Use the simple editor to add both text and images into the side box areas.
- You can set which side boxes appear on which pages.

Contact Manager Module
If your website has got a contact, enquiry or feedback form on one of its pages then this is the area that you can view each enquiry details. The submitted information also gets sent to your email address as well.
- View and print enquiry details.
- Delete enquiries.
- Bulk download / export enquiry details.

Banner Manager Modules
- Upload and display an unlimited amount of banners to your website. The banners will appear throughout your website in rotation.
- Select where you want the banners to appear, top bottom or side of the page.
- Upload jpg, jpeg, png, gif, animated, flash and affiliate code banners.
- Choose if you want the new page to open up in a new or same window.
- Set the banner caption and URL destination (link destination).

Latest News Manager Module
Keep all your customers and website visitors updated with the latest news of your company by displaying a latest news section to your website.
- Add, create and delete and unlimited amount of news articles.
- Disable a news article from being displayed. Maybe you have some spare time to create and write a news article but do not want to place it live on your website yet, just one click will disable the article and one click will enable it again.
- Set which news articles are linked from within the Latest News section of your homepage.
- Create stunning looking news articles using the built in easy to use editor tool.

Photo / Image Gallery Manager Module
- Display all your photos or pieces of work in the photo gallery section of your website. The images automatically enlarge when you place your mouse over them.
- Upload and delete an unlimited amount of photos.
- Set how many images you would like to display per page.
- Disable an image from being viewed without deleting it.
- Change the order in which the images are displayed.
- Set which images or photos appear on the homepage of your website.

Newsletter Manager Module
The newsletter module places a newsletter signup / subscribe form on your website and stores the subscribers information within the newsletter section of your admin area where you can send an bulk email to all your subscribers in one go or select which subscribers you would like the email to be sent to. The newsletter manager also includes the built in easy to use editor tool so creating a professional looking email will be a breeze.
- Double Opt-in subscription system.
- Image verification on subscription form.
- Select who you would like your newsletter to be sent to or just select all subscribers.
- Export all your subscribers into a CSV file.
- Full simple to use editor tool to create professional looking emails.

Design Features
- Upload and change your logo image directly through the admin.
- Upload and change the main website header image directly through admin.

Rental Payment Module
You decide when you want to pay your rental fee and for how long.

Our available renewal periods are:
- Daily (1 day)
- Weekly (7 days)
- Fortnightly (14 days)
- Monthly (30 days)
- 6 monthly (183 days)
- Yearly (365 days)

You have the ability to upgrade or downgrade at any time.
- Live renewal expiry date. At the top right of your admin area it will display the number of days left before your rental fee expires.
- The ability to pay and renew your rental fee at any time.
- Renew your rental fee before your due date to ensure your website never goes down. For example - If your existing rental period expires in 5 days and you pay and renew your rental fee for another week then your website automatically updates to 12 days until expiry.
- Fully automated rental payment system.
- Totally secure.
