I already have a website, can I use your CMS Software on my existing website?
Yes as long as your existing website is HTML based (contact us if you are not sure). We can integrate our system into any existing website or design.

Am I tied in to any contract?
No, there are no long term contracts. You do not even have to notify us of your cancelation, just let your license key expire without renewing it and your website will automatically be disabled.

How do I pay my website rental fee?
When you login to the admin area of your website you will see the number of days till expiry (or renewal). There will also be a license key renewal button within your admin so you can pay your rental fee at a time and date that is best for you. If you pay before your due renewal date then the number of days will simply be added to your existing number of days so you do not loose out.

What happens if I do not pay my website rental fee?
If you do not renew your website rental fee then the front end of your website will automatically go down and a message will appear on your homepage stating that your license key has expired. You still however have access to login to your admin where you can pay and as soon as the payment has been made and received in cleared funds (usually within 2 minutes) then your website will automatically come back online.

Is your CMS search engine friendly?
Yes, very much so. It is developed in such a way that you are able to set everything that the search engines look for including all title, image and meta tags. Many of our clients who use our CMS website now enjoy a top ten ranking within Google and Yahoo.

I want to be able to have complete control over my website but I have very unique requirements.
Not a problem. We have developed our CMS website so we can build and integrate any unique requirements you have into our system.

Do you setup my website and add all my information into it?
Yes, we do not just take your money and tell you to get on with it. When you receive your website it will be ready to go live. We set the first 5 pages up adding all your information and images and fully test everything. All you have to do is login.

Can your content management system be installed onto my own hosting account?
No, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional support service but we can only provide this if we have full access to everything. All our rental websites must be hosted on our own servers.

What happens if I change something and mess everything up on my website?
Your CMS website has a built in backup and restore function. Before you make any changes please make sure you take a backup then save a copy of the backup file to your PC. If you then mess everything up you can just restore your website with one click.

Are there a limit on the number of pages that I can add to my CMS website?
No, there are no maximum limits set to any function or module of your content management system. We have customers who use our CMS software for a simple 5 page website and others who have 1,200+ pages and still growing.

Do you Guarantee that my CMS Website will achieive a top ten ranking on Google?
If you would like to purchase a full marketing package then yes we can guarantee that your website will be listed on the first page of Google BUT if you just pay your £1.97 per day then we will still work with you to ensure that your CMS website generates your business more money. There are hundreds of different ways that this can be achieved other than having a top ten ranking.

We are a charity or non profit organisation. Do you offer free websites to help charities?
Silent Web Solutions receive emails on a weekly basis from charities asking for sponsorship. We would love to be in a position to help every single charity that approaches us but it is just not possible so we have to be selective on the charities we sponsor and help.
